This fantastic salmon recipe is very healthy and swift to prepare. Seasoned with spice, baked and topped with fresh strawberries and asparagus. Drizzled with Greek yogurt to have a wonderful tasty dish.

Ingredients

2 pieces salmon fillets
2 tablespoons brown sugar
salt and pepper, to season
1 teaspoon paprika powder
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
1 cup chopped asparagus
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon maple syrup
1/2 cup Greek yogurt

Procedure

* Preheat oven to 250F.

* Place salmon in a baking dish with foil-lined baking sheet. Combine paprika powder, brown sugar, salt and pepper. Mix well, then season salmon with the mixture. Drizzle olive oil on top. Bake salmon 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.

* In a saucepan boil water and add asparagus, cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from the heat and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.

* In a bowl put lemon juice and maple syrup, stir to combine. Toss in strawberries.

* Serve salmon in a plate, place asparagus and strawberries on top. Drizzle with Greek yogurt.

Serve and enjoy! You can also put some herbs, if desired.
