This dish is so easy to make and absolutely perfect as a side dish or on its own if you’re craving for a healthy snack.

Ingredients

1/2 lb green beans
1 tbsp melted butter
1/2 tbsp garlic (minced and fried)
1 tbsp lemon juice (or lime)
Pinch of black pepper (optional)

Preparation

* Place green beans in boiling water for 1-2 minutes (or until half-cooked) and then drain.

* Mix the green beans with garlic and butter. Add black pepper if desired. Place on a plate then drizzle lemon juice on top. Now, you can enjoy a healthy meal!
