This Cheesy Bacon Frittata can jump start your day because of it’s power packed ingredients.
You can make this easily and can also use your leftover meat in the fridge.

Ingredients:

– 1-2 eggs

– 2-1/2 slices bacon

– 1/2 cup milk

– 1 Chopped tomato

– 1 tablespoon butter, melted

– 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

– 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

– 2 tablespoons chopped green onions

– 1/4 teaspoon salt

Procedure:

1.) Preheat your oven to 250 degrees F (175 degrees C). grease a baking dish.

2.) Place bacon in a frying pan and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned,
about 10 minutes. Drain bacon slices on paper towels and crumble.

3.) Beat eggs, milk, butter, salt, chopped tomato and ground pepper in a bowl; pour into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with onions, bacon, and Cheddar cheese.

4.) Bake in preheated oven until a knife or fork inserted near the center comes out clean, 25 to 30 minutes.

5.) Now you’re ready to serve. add arugula or basil leaves if desired

Note: any leftovers can be put in the fridge for your next snack. Reheat then serve.
