This scrumptious cheesy baked oyster can satisfy your taste palette because of it’s delightful and savory flavor.
– A dozen of fresh rock Oyster
– 1 Small Garlic bulb (finely chopped)
– Grated Cheddar/Quick-melt Cheese
– Half Bell pepper (chopped)
– Quarter of melted butter
– salt and pepper to taste
– Chopped Parsley (optional)
1.) Clean the fresh oyster and put it into pan that has a lid, cover it. Let it simmer until you see it slightly open. Remove the top shell and lay the oysters neatly on a flat dish.
2.) Mix the quarter of melted butter, Grated Cheddar/ quick-melt cheese, chopped garlic and chopped bell pepper in a bowl. Add salt and pepper depending on your taste.
3.) Spoon the mixture over the oysters. sprinkle more cheese on top if desired.
4.) In a preheated oven of 200 degrees. Place the oysters in the oven and let it cook for about 10 minutes.
Notes: High heat will dissolve or melt the cheese and will give a golden brown crisp color. Add parsley for presentation purposes.
