This is a gourmet delight finger food. Creamy and desirably tasty chicken salad in apple-mayo dressing with healthy vegetables in pita bread. Small portions is not enough when you taste this awesome dish.

Ingredients

6-8 mini pita breads or regular sized pita bread
1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or diced
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup diced cherry tomatoes
1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
1/4 cup sliced celery
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon all-purpose cream
2-3 tablespoons apple juice
1 teaspoon minced garlic
Salt and pepper, to taste

Procedure

* Cut each pita bread into half-moons. Set aside.

* In a large bowl mix and blend mayonnaise, all-purpose cream, apple juice, minced garlic, and season with salt and pepper. Toss in chicken, onion, tomatoes, lettuce, and celery.

* Spoon chicken salad into each small pocket.

Serve with your favorite juice drink!
