Thinking of something sweet to give this coming Mother’s Day? Try these chocolate coated strawberries dessert. Simple thing to do that will make your precious Mom’s happy.
12 pieces whole fresh strawberries
1/2 cup chopped milk chocolate bar
1/2 cup chopped white chocolate bar
2 tablespoons corn syrup
* In a double boiler or pan, melt milk chocolate with 1 tablespoon of corn syrup. Put in medium heat while constantly stirring. (Do the same with white chocolate and the remaining corn syrup).
* Remove from heat and dip the pointed end of strawberries to coat with both Chocolate. Put parchment paper on a tray and place the strawberries. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
* To decorate the chocolate strawberries. Re-heat the remaining chocolate and dip spoon. Drizzle it to the coated strawberries. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Create your own designs and use some other candy sprinklers if desired.
