2 slices of white bread (or your choice of bread)
5 tablespoons maple syrup
2 eggs, beaten
120 ml milk
1 banana, sliced
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 tablespoon sugar
3 tablespoons softened butter
50 grams dark chocolate, grated
* In a bowl, mix eggs, cinnamon, milk, and sugar then dip the bread until totally covered. Set aside.
* In a frying pan, heat the butter over medium heat and wait until foamy before adding in the soaked bread. Fry until golden brown and slightly crispy.
* Melt the chocolate and maple syrup in another pan over low heat until well combined.
* Arrange the toasts on a serving plate, top with bananas then drizzle with chocolate-maple syrup before serving. Serve warm with your favorite juice or milk.
