Ingredients

1 orange, thinly sliced
1 kiwi, thinly sliced
1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
6 pieces strawberries, quartered
2 tablespoons chopped mint leaves
2 cups ice cubes
Distilled water

Procedure

* In a large pitcher place orange, kiwi, cucumber, strawberries and mint leaves. Slightly press and twist with a muddler to release some juice of the fruits. Add in ice cubes and water.

Serve and enjoy. Or take it to go! Sip your day with this delicious hydration.
