Ingredients

1/2 kilogram medium sized squid, cleaned
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/3 cup minced garlic
1 tablespoon liquid seasoning
1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire
pinch of black pepper
parsley, for garnish

Procedure

* Slice the squid into rings about 1 inch thick. Saute garlic in olive oil, then add and stir fry squid. Add liquid seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper. Transfer in a serving plate. Garnish with chopped parsley.

Serve with hot steamed rice.
