Ingredients

1 tablespoon minced ginger
2 tablespoons chopped green onions, plus extra for garnishing
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 cups cooked rice
1 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation

* In a medium frying pan, preheat oil over medium heat. Cook ginger until aromatic, mix in the rice and salt, toss for about 3 minutes. Add in the green onions and cook for 1 minute.

* Arrange on a serving plate and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

* Mixing bacon bits can be best served for kids.
