This sweet treat would definitely be a click to all chocolate lovers out there. Delectable brownies with cocoa glaze topping.

Ingredients

For the brownies

1/2 cup softened butter
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder or 2 drops of vanilla extract
2 eggs
1/4 cup cocoa powder, sifted
3/4 cup all-purpose flour, sifted

For the glaze

1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1/2 cup icing sugar, sifted
2 tablespoons evaporated milk

Procedure

For the brownies

* Preheat oven to 350°F to 175°C. Grease and line baking pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix butter, white sugar, brown sugar, vanilla powder, eggs, and cocoa powder. Blend well with spatula. Lastly add the flour and mix well. Pour mixture into the prepared baking pan.

* Bake for about 25 to 35 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it cool for about 5-10 minutes. Remove from the baking pan and slice into squares or bite sizes.

For the glaze

* In a sauce pan combine all ingredients and cook over low heat for about 2 minutes. Stirring continuously.

* Pour glaze mixture over the brownies while it is hot. Decorate with candy sprinklers, chocolate chips, and marshmallows if desired.
