2 lamb forequarter chops (shoulder)
1 teaspoon fresh or dried rosemary
1 teaspoon olive oil
salt and cracked pepper, to taste
* Season chops with salt, pepper, olive oil and rosemary. Marinate for 15 minutes.
* Preheat griller or barbecue to medium high-heat. Grill chops for about 3-4 minutes on each side.Let chops rest for about 3 minutes before serving.
* Arrange on a serving dish together with your favorite side dishes and sauce. Enjoy your meal!
