Ingredients

3 to 5 slices of pork chop
1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 1/2 teaspoons freshly ground black peppercorn
2 tablespoons banana ketchup
1 teaspoon lime juice
1 tablespoon brown sugar or honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

Procedure

* In a large bowl, combine vegetable oil, ground peppercorn, banana ketchup, lime juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, and worcestershire sauce. Mix and blend well.

* Put pork in the marinade mixture and coat it well. Cover with cling wrap. Chill and marinate for at least 1 hour.

* Preheat your griller and grill pork. While grilling, brush pork with the marinade sauce. Repeat until cooked.

* To serve place on a chopping board for presentation purposes. Add some greens for a healthy opt.
