Ingredients

250 grams ham slices, diced
3 cups cooked rice
1/2 cup baby peas
1/2 cup (canned) sweet corn kernels
4 eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sweet soy sauce
1 tablespoon softened butter
1 teaspoon vegetable oil

Directions

* Heat oil in a wok or skillet over medium high heat. Pour in half of the beaten eggs and swirl the work around to spread the egg. Cook until set. Transfer the cooked egg on a clean work table, roll it while it’s still warm and cut into 1cm thick rolls. Set aside.

* In the same wok, melt butter and cook the ham on medium heat for about 2 minutes. Add the rice, peas, and corn. Mix well to combine. Pour in oyster sauce and sweet soy sauce. Toss well and cook for about 3 minutes. Add the remaining beaten egg and continue mixing for about 1-2 minutes or until eggs are cooked. transfer in a serving dish and top with the rolled eggs.

Tip: You may use any type of meat such as beef, pork and chicken or even seafooods as well. Left over chicken and other meat make this dish as delicious as this one too.
