This Asian Fusion dish is a combination of sweet and spicy flavor that would give an excitement to your taste palette. Perfect to serve in family gatherings.

Ingredients:

½ kg chicken wings, cut tips off, cut at the joints
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
vegetable oil for frying
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup lemon juice
2 teaspoons cornstarch
4 teaspoons chili sauce
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons sliced green onions
toasted sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Procedure:

• Rinse chicken and cut into small serving-size pieces. Combine flour and salt in large bowl. Add chicken pieces and toss to coat well.

• Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add chicken, one piece at a time, cook until golden and cooked through.
Drain on paper towels. Repeat with the remaining chicken pieces.

• Remove all but 1 tablespoon oil from wok. Combine water, lemon juice, cornstarch, chili sauce and soy sauce in small bowl and mix well.

• Add ginger to wok and stir fry 1 minute. Add honey and cook for 1 minute. Stir in cornstarch- chili mixture. Cook and stir until sauce boils, about 1 minute. Add in chicken pieces and cook until sauce thickens, about 3 minutes. Stir in green onions.
Transfer onto a serving plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
