Layered, slushy, cold and gorgeous. Layered Blueberry and Mango Smoothie make everything feel better.

Ingredients
For the mango smoothie:

  • 1 1/2 cups orange juice
  • 1 small frozen banana
  • 1 sixteen ounce bag of frozen mangos
  • 3 tablespoons honey

For the blueberry smoothie:

  • 1-2 tablespoons barleygreen powder (optional)
  • 1 small frozen banana
  • 1 sixteen ounce bag of frozen blueberries
  • 1 1/2 cups blueberry juice
  • 3 tablespoons honey

Instructions:

  1. First, blend all the ingredients listed on for the mango smoothie. For about 2-3 minutes or until the mixture is smooth. Place the mixture in a glass, fill it 1/2 or 3/2 of the mixture. This mixture should be at the bottom of the glass.
  2. Clean the blender
  3. Blend all the ingredients listed on for the blueberry smoothie. Blend this is in the lowest speed to achieve the smoothness desired.
  4. Gently pour the mixture into top half of glasses over mango goodness.
  5. Garnish with blueberries and a sprig of mint.
