Ingredients:

1 short wholemeal French stick
4 slices cooked ham
4 cheese slices
2 tbsps melted butter

Directions:

Slice French stick (but not quite through) 8 times. Trim ham and cheese to fit the bread in between the cuts (with a little bit of the sides hanging out from the gaps).

Place ham and cheese together in each cut. Brush with melted butter. Place on a microwavable plate and microwave on high for 1-2 minutes. Cut through and serve while hot.
