These tapas dish is very popular in Spain. Tapas means appetizer and typically served with drinks at a bar.
2 cups button mushrooms, slice in half
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
2 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
In a skillet, sauté garlic in oil over medium heat. Add in mushrooms and season with worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Stir and cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
Transfer into a serving dish and sprinkle parsley on top.
* Serve with crusty bread and some drinks.
