This iconic Mexican dip is a versatile food to serve together with your chips, quesadillas, or nachos. It can be use in salads, as a condiments, addition to your dish, and a deliciously creamy dip to your nacho chips. Basic ingredients are avocado, tomatoes, onion and garlic.

Ingredients

1 cup chopped avocado
1 small-sized tomato, chopped
1 small-sized red onion, chopped
1 small-sized jalapeño pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
2 teaspoons chopped garlic
2 tablespoons lime juice

Procedure

* In a food processor or blender, put all ingredients. Blend to purée or desired consistency. Pour in a serving bowl and enjoy. Serve with sour cream, to compliments it flavor.

Adding a drizzle of olive oil would smoothen the mixture and adds up more delicate taste to your dip.
