A delicious combination of Papaya and Coconut!

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup flax seed meal
  • 1 14oz can coconut milk
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 large fresh papaya, chopped and with no seeds
  • 2 cups ice
  • 2-3 tablespoons honey
  • Juice of 1 lime

Instructions:

  1. Combine all the ingredients and blend it for 30 minutes or until the mixture is smooth!
  2. Serve while still cold
