Papaya is an excellent source of vitamin C and great digestive aid. It provides enzymes to help ease the digestive tract of bloat, gas, and other toxins.

Ingredients:

1 cup chopped ripe papaya
1 cup coconut kefir, cultured coconut milk or coconut yogurt
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon raw honey
ice cubes, desired amount

Procedure:

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Mix and blend well until smooth.

Transfer in a tall glass and enjoy! You can freeze papaya a night before using it. So you won’t need to use ice cubes.
