Ingredients

1 large peach, peeled, stoned and diced
200 grams grape tomatoes, halved
½ cup balsamic vinegar
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/3 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped mint
salt to taste

Preparation

* Mix the vinegar, garlic powder, sugar, pepper, olive oil in a large bowl. Add in the peaches and tomatoes and stir until evenly covered. Add chopped basil on top for garnish. Serve and enjoy!
