Poaching is one way of cooking your humble eggs to a sumptuous looking dish. Once you get the right technique, you can enjoy this for breakfast and quick meals.

Ingredients:

– 3 eggs (or preferred quantity)

– 3 cups of water

Procedure:

1. In a medium cooking pots, heat 3 cups of water over medium until bubbles, cover the pan. (Crack each egg on a separate bowl) open the lid stir it with spatula or wooden spoon and gently pour each egg into the middle of the pan, leaving room between them.

2. Cook eggs. Undisturbed, until whites are just set and yolk still runny. About 3-4 minutes. Gently stir it on the side. Avoiding eggs to break.

3. Use a slotted spoon to remove eggs from water. Drain and serve on your toast.

Note:

You can also poach eggs without removing it’s shell. Then stir constantly, cook for 3-4 minutes, remove and put in a bowl and put cold water to stop the cooking.
Remove shell and serve.

Enjoy and serve with bread and other desired dish. Put a dash of freshly ground pepper for garnish and taste.
