Pineapple and yogurt! How awesome this smoothie can get!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of vanilla frozen yogurt
  • 3/4 cup of almond milk
  • 1 pineapple, skin & core removed, chopped into large pieces
  • 1 tablespoon flax seed meal
  • 6 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Blend all the ingredients.
  2. Serve!
