Get hyped with this yummy authentic Japanese dish. Simple yet flavorful tempura dish to serve when your family crave for Japanese foods. Light batter that goes well with the prawn and vegetables.

Ingredients

4 pieces prawn, shelled and cleaned
1 small eggplant, sliced in 2 inch thick
1 small sweet potato, sliced in 2 inch thick
1 small carrot, slice in 2 inch thick
3 pieces lady finger, cut into two
2 tablespoons flour

Batter

2 eggs
2 tablespoons sake
2 tablespoons flour
Ice cubes

Procedure

* In a bowl, scramble eggs and add sake. Blend well. Add ice cubes. Drizzle with 2 flour. Lightly mix. Set aside.

* Place flour on a plate .Roll the prawns in the flour and then dip in the batter. Deep fry in a pan with hot oil. Repeat for the vegetables. Drain on paper towels.

* Arrange fried prawns and vegetables on a platter. Serve while hot.
