2 pounds small spinach leaves
3 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped
2 ½ teaspoons sea salt
1 teaspoon ground pepper
1 ½ tablespoons melted butter
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
* On medium heat, preheat wok then sauté garlic in oil until golden brown and aromatic.
* Add in spinach, pepper, and salt, then mix. Cover and cook for about 2 minutes.
* Set to high heat and stir for 30seconds or until spinach are wilted.
* Place the spinach on a serving plate then pour melted butter and lemon juice before serving.
