2 medium sized tomatoes, seeded, cut into 8 pieces
1 tablespoon melted butter
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon chopped cilantro
½ teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon olive oil
salt and ground black pepper, to taste
* Preheat oil on a frying pan over medium fire, cook garlic until soft. Add in the eggs and milk then scramble.
* Pour in the butter and stir well. Add the tomatoes and cook for another minute. Season with some salt and pepper to taste. Add in cilantro before serving.
