250 grams linguine pasta. Cook as per packet instruction.
200 grams shrimps, heads removed, peeled and deveined, leaving tails on
200 grams squid cutlets
12 pcs clams
12 pcs mussels
200 grams fish fillet cutlets (of your choice)
2 cans diced tomatoes
juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon fresh chopped oregano (can use dried too)
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 med red onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
fresh parsley and lemon slices for garnishing
Saute garlic and onion. Pour in diced tomatoes,mussels, clams and lemon juice. Bring to a boil and cook until they start to slightly open. Sprinkle chopped oregano then add shrimps, squid cutlets and fish cutlets. Cook for about two minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Place enough cooked pasta on a serving plate and pour in desired amount of seafood sauce. Top with fresh parsley and lemon slices. Enjoy!
