Ingredients

250g fresh tuna, diced
1 small onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp finely minced ginger
1/4 cup coconut milk
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 tsp chopped bird’s eye chilies
1 tbsp chopped green chilies
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp cooking oil

Procedure

* Heat oil in a pan and saute garlic, onion and ginger until fragrant. Add tuna and chilies. Stir-fry for about 3 minutes. Pour in coconut milk and mayonnaise. Cook for another 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

* Heat sizzling plate until smoking hot. Put cooked tuna on sizzling plate and let it sizzle for a minute. Serve hot with a slice of lime.
