Hungry from work or school? Grab this quick and easy snack. A wonderful tasty snack to enjoy. Soft tacos and tuna melt in one dish. Tuna flakes, chopped onions, celery and mayonnaise. Topped with fresh tomatoes and oozing melted cheddar cheese.

Ingredients

1 cup canned tuna in oil, drained
1/4 cup chopped celery
2 tablespoons finely chopped onions
1 teaspoon lime juice
1 cup mayonnaise
pinch of salt and pepper
dash of hot pepper sauce
2 tablespoons all-purpose cream
1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
6-8 medium size soft tacos tortilla flour

Procedure

* In a bowl, combine drained tuna, celery, onions, lime juice, mayonnaise, cream, salt and pepper, and hot pepper sauce. Mix and blend well.

* Spread 2 spoonfuls of tuna mixture into the soft taco tortilla and place some tomatoes and top it with grated cheese. Fold tortilla and bake in the oven until cheese melts. Cut into triangles, if desired.

Serve and enjoy with sliced tomatoes or chips.
