Spanish Chocolate drink is a combination of milk, chocolate, cinnamon and egg.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 beaten egg yolks
  • 2 oz sweet chocolate

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan over a low heat, stir together the chocolate and the cinnamon.
  2. Add the eggs and beat the mixture until it becomes thick, taking care not to boil.
  3. Serve in coffee mug.
