Ingredients

2 slices whole wheat bread
unsalted Butter
3 slices Brie cheese
2 tablespoons chopped toasted walnuts
1/2 cup arugula leaves
4 thin slices of avocado
1 tablespoon raw honey
1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
pinch of chili pepper flakes

Procedure

* In a small bowl mix honey, lemon juice, chili pepper flakes and add in walnuts, mix well.

* On one side of the sliced bread, spread some butter, place and layer brie cheese on top. Place prepared walnuts on the top of Brie, add in arugula leaves, sliced avocados and cover it with the other sliced bread. Place in a griller or oven toaster. Grill or toast until cheese melts. You can now enjoy a tasty and healthy sandwich!
