Ingredients:

15 pcs red chili (chop 6 pcs and leave 9 pcs whole)
1 tablespoon whole black pepper
1 large onion, chopped
1 head garlic, chopped
750 mls white or cane vinegar
Pour vinegar into a glass jar. Add in all ingredients and close jar tightly. Let stand for a minimum of three days before using.

Tip: The longer the mixture stands, the better it tastes. Consume within a month.
