Ingredients

3-4 sea crab, cleaned, boiled
2 tablespoons butter
1 clove garlic, minced
2 1/2 cups crabmeat from the fresh crab, flaked
1 cup diced potatoes
1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
2 tablespoons raisins (optional)
3 eggs
Dry breadcrumbs
Banana ketchup
Salt and pepper
Cooking oil for frying

Procedure

* Remove the meat of the crab. Keep the top shell. Set aside.

* Sauté the garlic and onion in heated butter in a skillet. Add the potatoes and crabmeat. Add red bell pepper. When potatoes are tender, season with salt and pepper, then add in raisins. Mix and set aside.

* Beat the eggs in a bowl. Mix in cooked crabmeat mixture. Spoon into cleaned shells or shape into patties. Coat top with breadcrumbs. Deep-fry until golden brown.

Serve and enjoy the stuffed crab with ketchup or any desired sauce.
