Ingredients:

½ kg shrimps
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsps butter
¼ cup sweet chili sauce
3 pcs red chili, chopped
¼ cup rice wine
¼ cup water
ground black pepper to taste

Directions:

Melt butter in a deep pan and cook garlic until soft and aromatic. Add shrimps and cook for a minute. Pour in sweet chili sauce, rice wine and water. Bring to a slow boil and simmer until shrimps are cooked, about 8-10 minutes (or depending on how big the shrimps you are using). Add the chili and season with pepper. Transfer onto a serving dish and garnish with parsley. Serve hot and enjoy!
