Ingredients

6 ounces nicoise olives, pitted
1 tablespoon capers
6 basil leaves, chopped
6 tablespoons olive oil
1 anchovy fillet, deboned
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 garlic clove

Preparation

* Using a blender, mix all the ingredients until chunky or until desired texture has been acquired.

* Best served on crusty breads and crackers.
