Ingredients:

350 grams pork spare ribs cubed
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cracked pepper
enough oil for deep frying

Direction:

Combine pork with oyster sauce, salt and pepper. Marinate for an hour.

Heat oil in a small frying or saucepan. Deep fry spare ribs until light golden brown. Drain on paper towel.

Top with sliced long green chili and red bell pepper.

Tip: can use different sliced veggies to garnish
