Maintaining your healthy lifestyle is very easy when you eat good and nutritious foods. This guilt-free dip is a perfect snack to serve, paired with your choice of mixed vegetables.
Vegetable choices: celery, cucumber, carrots, green beans, tomatoes, lettuce, broccoli, bell pepper, asparagus and etc.
1/2 cup firm-style plain yogurt
1 1/2 tablespoon blue cheese, crumbled
1 teaspoon onion chives, chopped
Few drops of Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper
* Arrange prepared vegetables on a platter. Set aside.
* In a food processor, blend all dip ingredients and season with salt and pepper. Transfer in a small bowl.
Serve and enjoy! You can also serve this with breads or crackers.
