Using wasabi is obviously popular with sushi. But it can be use as a terrific dip for your fried foods or vegetables sticks.
– 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
– 1 tablespoon soy sauce
– 1 teaspoon honey or sugar
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice
– 1 teaspoon wasabi paste
1. Combine mayo, soy sauce, honey or sugar, lemon juice and wasabi paste in a bowl. Whisk together.
Serve with blanched asparagus or desired vegetables.
