• 500 grams whole almonds
• salt, to taste
• 3 tablespoons coconut or brown sugar, (optional) or
• 3 tablespoon honey
1. Roast almonds in a preheated 350°F oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Let it cool.
2. Put in a food processor and whiz for 20 minutes or until turns into a creamy paste, stopping a few times to scrape the sides.
3. Add a desired amount of salt, depending on your taste and 3 tablespoon of honey or sugar. And blend well.
Perfect to spread in wheat bread, biscuits, crackers, and oats with fruits.
