Ingredients

6 cups apricots, peeled, pitted and diced
3 cups sugar
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cinnamon stick (optional)

Procedure

* In a large sauce pan, mix all ingredients. Bring to a boil. Stirring often, cook uncovered for 30 minutes until mixture thickens. Remove cinnamon stick and let it cool. Transfer in a jar, if desired.

Serve and enjoy the sweetness!
