This delicious and easy to make dish is perfect for parties and gatherings or just when you feel like snacking anytime of the day.

Ingredients

200 grams lean ground beef
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup store bought cheese sauce or dip
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 small red onion, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
1 packet tortilla chips

Method

* Heat oil in a pan and saute garlic and onion until fragrant. Add in the beef and cook for about 5-7 minutes or until lightly browned and liquid from the beef has evaporated. Season with salt and pepper.

* Arrange tortilla chips on a serving platter. Top with the cooked beef, cheese sauce and grated cheddar cheese.

Tip: If you prefer, you can also heat up the tortilla chips in a preheated oven (170C) for about 3-5 minutes to make it warm and crunchier.
