2 big pcs of pork chop
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 eggs, beaten
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
enough oil for frying
*Marinate pork chops with soy sauce and pepper. Set aside.
*Place cornstarch and breadcrumbs on separate plates.
*Place pork chops one at a time on cornstarch and turn it over to make sure meat is well coated. Dip pork chop in beaten eggs, again making sure meat is well covered. Lastly, coat the chop with breadcrumbs.
*Heat oil in a frying pan. Fry coated pork chops on medium fire, ensuring they cook moderately on each side until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towel. Serve with your favourite sauce.
