Breakfast Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients

1 ripe banana, sliced
¼ cup blueberries
¼ cup strawberries
½ cup fresh milk or any milk of your choice
½ teaspoon honey
8 ounces ice cubes or tubes

Preparation

* In a blender, mix the banana, blueberries, strawberries, milk, and honey. Blend for a few seconds.

* Add in the ice then blend until smooth.

Perfectly served with cereals or peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.
