5 cups broccoli florets
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1 tablespoon olive oil or corn oil
1 bell pepper, chopped
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
¼ cup hoisin sauce
¼ cup water


* Heat oil in a large skillet on medium heat, add ginger and stir for about 20seconds.

* Add in broccoli, bell pepper, and ground pepper. Toss. Pour hoisin sauce and water and cook for about 2 minutes.

Can be served with or without the sauce for preference. Best served with mashed potatoes as side dish.
