When your in a rush, there’s nothing better than a five-ingredients pasta dish! Just toss a few flavorful ingredients together and you’ll be done in no time.
1 (8 oz) bar cream cheese
1 cup full-cream milk
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup broccoli florets, blanched and minced
3 cups cooked penne or rigatoni pasta
8 slices prosciutto or Parma ham
• Combine cream cheese and milk in a saucepan. Bring to a simmer and whisk until smooth and cream cheese has dissolved.
Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat.
• Toss broccoli and pasta in the cream cheese mixture to coat. Transfer to a plate and top with prosciutto slices.
