200 grams cooked Farfalle
200 grams diced fresh almon or tuna flakes
200 grams broccoli florets
4 anchovy fillets, minced
½ teaspoon fresh oragano, chopped
3 gloves of garlic, chopped
3 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/3 teaspoon salt
* Saute garlic in olive oil until golden brown then add broccoli then stir for 2 minutes.
* Add in the salmon or tuna flakes, farfalle, and anchovies, while gently stirring.
* Add in the oregano, salt, and pepper, then gently mix while cooking until salmon or tuna is cooked to desired doneness. Transfer onto a servisg plate and enjoy!
