Butter Herbed Baby Potatoes

250 grams baby potatoes
1/4 cup butter
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley


* Boil potato till fork-tender drain and set aside.

* Heat pan, put butter and olive oil, add the minced garlic and cook for 10 seconds or until light golden brown. Add the potatoes, mix well till evenly coated with butter. Season with salt. Sprinkle with dried basil leaves and parsley for garnishing. Enjoy!

Tip: Potatoes can be cut into halves to allow butter to be absorbed.
