This less than a minute snack is easy to prepare using your pantry ingredients. Whole corn kernel topped with butter, cheese and bacon bits. Unarguably delicious snack to eat together with your friends and family.
1 cup whole corn kernel
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons cheddar cheese spread
2 tablespoons cooked bacon, sliced into bits
1/2 teaspoon parmesan cheese
onion chives (optional)
ground black pepper, to season
* In a microwaveable bowl, place in corn kernel. Top it with butter cheddar cheese spread. Microwave for 30 seconds. Sprinkle bacon bits, parmesan cheese, and onion chives on top, and season with ground pepper.
