This dish is a special recipe of prawn. Fried shrimp coated with sweet tasty sauce. Add this dish to your easy-to-do recipe that is perfect for all occasions.

Ingredients

Cooking oil for frying
1/2 kilogram medium-sized prawns
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup cornstarch
3 tablespoons chopped garlic
1/2 cup ketchup or tomato sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup sugar

Procedure

* Season prawn with salt and pepper. Dredge in cornstarch. Fry in a hot pan with cooking oil for about 3 minutes. Set aside.

* On a separate pan, add some cooking oil and sauté garlic slightly brown. Toss in fried prawns. Mix in ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and sugar. Blend well until prawns are fully coated.

Transfer on a serving plate. Serve hot and enjoy!
